Go Back into the Field with Interactive, Workshop Training at Post|Production World Las Vegas

[ad_1]

Post|Production World returns to NAB Show Las Vegas as a hybrid training event this October. As the highly anticipated event of the year for the media and entertainment industries, many post and production professionals are eager to return to in-person training. With over 120+ training sessions to choose from, attendees could expect to learn something new this year while also taking the opportunity to reconnect with the community.

As part of its in-person training program, Post|Production World offers five field workshops for attendees looking for a more hands-on learning experience.

Perfect the Art of Capturing Drone Video

Both UAV Day and Night Workshops are hosted by Sundance Media Group’s Douglas Spotted Eagle. Douglas is an accomplished aerial photographer who thrives in the adrenaline-filled world of fast-action videography. Appointed as a Safety and Training Advisor in the aviation world, he is a risk management/mitigation subject matter expert.

Video professionals are rapidly adding Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS or Drones) to their production kit. However, capturing drone video does have it’s challenges when filming during the day or night. Douglas Spotted Eagle will guide attendees with proper flight techniques and of course any questions they may have with maintenance or regulatory changes as they practice flying drones just off the Las Vegas Strip. The day workshop will take place at the Henderson Equestrian Park North, while the Night workshop will take place at Magic Mountains.
